Walk into your next event with the calendar already full.
BookedBefore is a product that fills your calendar with booked meetings before your next conference or trade show. You submit the event and its attendee list. We handle everything else, and qualified meetings appear on your calendar before the doors open.
Your first event is free.
You are paying for the event either way
A sponsorship, a speaking slot, or a booth runs $20,000 to $50,000. That money is committed the day you sign. The only question left is what you bring home.
Badge scans are not pipeline
A list of people who walked past your booth is not a list of people who want to talk to you. Sorting one from the other happens after everyone has already gone home.
The follow-up starts a week too late
By the time your team writes the post-event emails, the person they are writing to has been back at their desk for five days and has forgotten the conversation.
Hallway luck is not a strategy
The meetings that matter get booked by the companies that reached out weeks ahead. Everyone else is competing for the same unplanned thirty seconds between sessions.
Three steps, and two of them are ours
There is no software to learn and no process to run. You submit an event and you get meetings.
You submit your event
The conference, trade show, or summit you are attending, plus its attendee list and who a good meeting looks like for you. That is the whole ask on your side.
Our agents do the work
AI agents score every attendee against your ideal customer profile, enrich and verify contact details, then run outreach across email and LinkedIn in your voice, from your accounts, on a schedule tied to the event date.
Meetings land on your calendar
Replies are handled and meetings are booked directly into your calendar in the weeks before the event. You get a tracker of every reply and every booking as it happens.
What a run actually returns
One representative campaign, reported as it happened. Every meeting was qualified: a relevant lead for that customer, nobody who was not a fit.

12%
- A typical cold campaign converts under 1% of contacts into positive replies. This one ran at 12%, roughly twelve times the norm.
- Senior people at global enterprises reply to this outreach, because it arrives from a real person at a company they are about to be in a room with.
- One customer made pre-event outreach their core marketing motion after it worked, roughly quadrupling the number of people they send to events.
Any company whose pipeline runs through events
The buyer is whoever owns the return on event spend: marketing, growth, sales, or business development.
You sponsor two or more events a year
The spend is already budgeted and recurring. The return is the part nobody can predict, and that is the part this fixes.
You are sending a team to a show
Three people for three days is a serious cost. Their calendars should be full before the flights, not after.
You are speaking or exhibiting
You have a reason to reach out that nobody else at the event has. Most companies never use it.
You tried outbound and it went nowhere
Generic cold email fails because it has no reason to exist. An event you are both attending in three weeks is a reason.
Everything else solves one slice of this
- An SDR agency
- Sends from their domains with their templates. It reads as an agency blast, gets filtered, and is not tied to your event.
- An event matchmaking tool
- Tells you who is attending, then hands you a list and leaves the outreach, the follow-up, and the booking to you.
- Hiring an SDR
- Months to hire and ramp, a salary either way, and no deliverability infrastructure behind them on day one.
- Doing it by hand
- Works, and it is exactly what the companies that win events do. It also does not scale past the twenty people someone has time for.
It sends as you
Your voice, your accounts, your domain. Not a vendor writing on your behalf, which is what recipients can always tell.
It gets delivered
Proprietary technology and AI agents we built get messages past enterprise secure email gateways like Proofpoint and Mimecast, where generic outbound is filtered before anyone sees it.
It has a reason to exist
Every message is anchored to a specific event and its timeline. "We are both at this show in three weeks" is a reason to reply.
Run your next event on us
We are still making this better, and real events are the only way to do that. So we run it free for a small number of companies at a time. You get the meetings, we get to keep improving the product. No catch and no contract. If it works, we will talk about doing more.
Capacity is limited. We take a small number of companies at a time.
What people ask before they submit
- Does the outreach send from my accounts or yours?
- Yours. Everything goes from your own domain and your own email and LinkedIn accounts, written in your voice, which is why it does not read as an agency blast.
- What happens to my domain reputation?
- It is protected, and that is a large part of what you are paying for. We warm accounts before sending and manage volume and pacing so deliverability improves over a campaign rather than degrading.
- How do you get past corporate spam filters?
- With technology we built specifically for it. Enterprise secure email gateways like Proofpoint and Mimecast filter most cold outbound before a human sees it, and getting through them consistently is the core of what makes this work.
- What if my attendee list is incomplete or messy?
- That is normal and it is our problem, not yours. We enrich and verify the list, fill in missing contact details, and drop anyone who does not fit your ideal customer profile before a single message goes out.
- How far ahead of the event do you need?
- Two to three weeks before the event is the minimum, and four to six is where these work best. Outreach anchored to a real event takes time to land, and rushing it is how these campaigns fail. If your event is sooner than that, tell us anyway and we will say honestly whether it is worth trying.
- How do you decide who is worth contacting?
- We score every person on the list against your ideal customer profile. You get meetings with people who could actually buy from you, not a count inflated with anyone who said yes.
- What does it cost after the free event?
- Pricing is performance-based, tied to meetings actually booked. We work it out with you after you have seen what a run produces, which is the point of doing the first one free.
- Is this only for conferences?
- It works for any event with an attendee list. Conferences and trade shows are the common case, but summits, private industry dinners, and regional shows all run the same way.
The event is happening either way
The spend is committed. The only open question is whether your team lands with a full calendar or a list of strangers to chase. Submit your next event and find out what the first one returns.
